DMCA Policy

CrochetFlow respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to valid copyright infringement notices.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on CrochetFlow infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to Sara at hello@crochetflow.com with the following information:

• Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• The URL(s) of the infringing content on our site
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf
• Your electronic or physical signature

2. Our Response

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content promptly
• Notify the content contributor, if applicable
• Take appropriate action under our repeat infringer policy

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notification to hello@crochetflow.com including:

• Your name, address, and email
• Identification of the removed material and its original location
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake
• Your consent to jurisdiction
• Your signature

4. Repeat Infringers

CrochetFlow has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.
