This policy describes how patternvibes ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit our website or interact with The Crochet Playbook, our free starter pack, and our emails.

Information we collect

• Email address — when you opt in to the free starter pack or our emails.
• Usage data — pages visited, time on page, referrer, measured with privacy-respecting analytics.
• Click + conversion data — which referring ad or page led to a purchase, via a first-party id.
• Order data — handled by Gumroad. We see the name + email of buyers; Gumroad handles payment data and we never see card details.

How we use it

• Deliver the book or starter pack you bought or opted in for.
• Send the email sequence you signed up for. One click to unsubscribe at any time.
• Improve the patterns we design — based on aggregated, not individual, behavior.

What we do not do

• Sell, rent, or trade your email to third parties.
• Use cross-site tracking beyond what advertising platforms require for ad measurement.
• Store payment information — purchases happen on Gumroad, not on this site.

Cookies and tracking

We use first-party cookies to remember your opt-in state and to measure which referring ad drove which conversion. For visitors from the EEA and UK, we ask for consent before loading advertising measurement cookies (Consent Mode v2).

Your rights

You can request export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@patternvibes.com. We respond within 30 days.
