These terms govern your use of patternvibes ("we", "us") and the digital products we sell. By purchasing or downloading, you agree to them. Checkout and delivery are handled by our payment partner, Gumroad, under their own terms.

What you're buying

patternvibes products are digital downloads (PDF patterns and books). Nothing physical ships. You get instant access after payment plus any future updates to that product.

Your licence

When you buy a pattern or book, you get a personal, non-exclusive licence to use it. You may:

• Make items from the patterns for yourself and as gifts.
• Sell finished items you make from the patterns — at markets, on Etsy, locally, anywhere. Credit to patternvibes is appreciated but not required.

You may not:

• Resell, share, redistribute, or republish the PDF or its text/images.
• Mass-produce items in a factory setting, or claim the pattern design as your own.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day, no-questions refund on every product — reply "refund" to your receipt email. Full details on the refund policy. EU/UK buyers also have their statutory rights.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site (no scraping, no attempts to break security, no automated abuse of the opt-in or checkout). We may suspend access for clear abuse or chargeback fraud.

Email & SMS

If you opt in, we send email (and, only if you separately consent, SMS) marketing. You can unsubscribe from email anytime in one click, and reply STOP to any text. See our privacy policy for how we handle your data.

Disclaimer & liability

Our patterns are tested by multiple crocheters, but results depend on your yarn, hook, and tension — we can't guarantee an identical finished item. To the extent allowed by law, patternvibes isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the products. Your refund right above is your primary remedy.

Changes

We may update these terms as the business evolves; material changes are noted here with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
