Refund & Delivery Policy

Digital delivery

• Every product is a digital PDF download — nothing ships physically.
• Delivery is instant: your download links appear on the order confirmation page and arrive by email within minutes of purchase.
• Download links are valid for 72 hours / 5 downloads per file. Lost a link? Reply to your receipt email and we send a fresh one — no charge, no fuss.
• Files are optimised for screen reading and printing (US Letter + A4), written in US crochet terms with a UK conversion table included.

The 14-day, no-questions refund

If a purchase isn't right for you, you have 14 days from the purchase date to get a full refund — even though the files are digital and you keep nothing back by asking. We would rather you stitch something you love than feel stuck with a PDF you won't use.

• How: reply to your receipt email with the word "refund", or use the contact page with your order email. No forms, no "what went wrong" survey, no partial refunds — the full amount goes back to your original payment method.
• When: refunds are issued within 2 business days of your request; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show the credit.
• Repeat requests: to keep the policy generous we may decline refunds for accounts with repeated purchase-and-refund cycles of the same catalog.

EU & UK buyers

For digital content, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right ends once delivery has begun with your express consent — at checkout you agree to immediate delivery. Our voluntary 14-day refund policy above applies anyway, so you are never worse off: same 14 days, fewer hoops.

Faulty or incorrect files

If a file is corrupted, incomplete, or not the product described, we will replace it or refund in full at your choice — at any time, not just within 14 days. Pattern corrections are shipped free to every past buyer as part of lifetime updates.
